You can also compare measurements with a T-shirt you already own that fits you well. As a general guideline:

• For women: One size smaller than usual.
• For men: Your usual size.
• For a more relaxed fit: Choose one size up.

Care:
Wash inside out at a maximum of 40°C on a gentle spin cycle (max. 800 rpm). Hang dry. This will help prevent the garment from shrinking or losing its shape. Fading of the print over time is normal.
